captured this at Melbourne Zoo of the tiger cubs, all the cubs were very interested in this lizard swimming in the water

No lizards were harmed after this shot

How do you get such close shots? Do you spend hours at the zoo watching and waiting for the perfect moment? At my zoo we saw a tiger swiping a fish out of the water =D

I love the kitten-about-to-attack look in its face.... That's probably why I love soo much cats, they just look soooo cute with their multiple faces they do! And your cub ain't an exception! :D

they are very cute, just like domestic cats

agreed! But then my favorite felines are probably cougars as they are the closest cousins to domestic cats (and that's all we have here in our local wildlife)

I really like that we actually observe something..

I think the Tiger is actually looking at you. If you clarify the eyes, dodge contrast autolevels, it would maybe come out clearer.

And the reflections of the eyes in the water.

Dunno what your policy is on image improvements.

Anyway I think s/he is acrually looking at you if you want a part of he lizard ;)
